Abstract: This paper presents the damage in the meizoseismal region of the MS810 Wenchuan earthquake , Sichuan , China , and the seismic intensities determined according to“the Chinese Seismic Intensity Scale”, and discusses briefly the types of earthquake2generating faults and some features of seismic damage.
